Ulthera is a non-invasive skin tightening and lifting treatment that uses ultrasound imaging to deliver energy precisely to targeted skin layers.

This technology allows for accurate treatment of target skin layers, promoting collagen production and resulting in a more youthful and firm appearance.

Thermage

Thermage is a non-invasive radiofrequency treatment that can smooth, tighten, and contour the skin.

After a single session, patients typically begin to see gradual, natural-looking improvements in their skin over the course of approximately 2 to 6 months.

The effects can last for over a year, depending on the individual’s skin condition and aging process.

Korean InMode – Fx/Forma

InMode offers two main modes:

– FX provides fat cell apoptosis and facial contouring effects. It is suitable for those looking to destroy unwanted fat and achieve a lifting effect.

– FORMA focuses on collagen remodeling and skin tightening. It is recommended for those seeking overall skin texture improvement and lifting through skin regeneration.

Linear Z

Linear Z allows for adjusting the energy delivery method and depth in a single cartridge using Dot mode and Linear mode.

This feature enables customized lifting treatments tailored to different skin types and layers.

The procedure is relatively painless and quick, making it my personal favorite among Korean HIFU facelift devices.

Shurink UNIVERSE

One of the most popular facelift procedures among Koreans for improving facial elasticity is Shurink. Shurink uses high-intensity ultrasound to target specific depths of the skin, tightening loose skin and lifting sagging areas through the generated heat, while also offering some fat reduction benefits.

The original version of Shurink only utilized the dot mode for heat delivery. However, Shurink UNIVERSE is an upgraded version that includes a linear mp mode. This enhancement allows it to be used on more contoured and delicate areas such as around the eyes, nasolabial folds, and cheekbones.

Volnewmer

Volumer utilizes a water cooling system instead of gas cooling, making it easier to deliver heat to the upper dermis layer, specifically the papillary dermis. This efficient heat delivery promotes collagen regeneration, resulting in skin tightening and lifting effects. Compared to other radiofrequency devices, Volumer is also relatively less painful.
